YAY!!!

Ok, so I lost a couple pounds this week. Pants are still tight around the waist,but hopefully that will improve. Yesterday I had my shake, a lot of water, 1 - 100 cal snack bag, mac&cheese with tuna, chicken with pasta, salad, milk, 1-100 cal popcorn, and cheese nibs. I think that is all I ate. I walked down 8 flights of stairs and spent 30 min on the elliptical. I am going to try to not snack too much today as I will not be exercising because of my back. I am hoping to get to go and walk somewhere with the fam tomorrow, weather permitting.
