Ok, I am tired this morning. I started coming to work at 6am so I can take an hour lunch to work out. Yesterday to eat I had my shake, water, rice casserole w/ pork for lunch, for dinner did rice w/ chicken and ensalada, I also squeezed in some chocolate chips and a handful of toffee chips. I can't think of anything else I ate. I biked for 30 min and then did cool down on treadmill for 5 min., later I played guitar hero for a little bit - that's exercise too right, i was sweating. I don't care to put my weight up, my goal weight is 160 and I am currently 187.
